EconSight at QuantumBasel Event

Yesterday, EconSight gave a presentation at the QuantumBasel Quantum & AI Summit in Basel, focused on finance. We highlighted the global development of quantum computing, as well as the leading companies across key quantum applications including AI, encryption, and fintech. Beyond our presentation, three broader themes stood out from the summit: the future will be hybrid, with classical AI doing most of the heavy lifting while quantum delivers targeted advantages; quantum readiness must begin now, particularly around post-quantum cryptography; and quantum will ultimately be an ecosystem play, where collaboration matters more than isolated efforts. With patents accelerating, capital flowing, and the US and China pulling ahead, the race is already well underway.
