Deka and EconSight jointly presented the new Deka STOXX Future Water ETF at the FONDS professionell Congress. The ETF comprises around 60 companies with involvement in the water sector, including water utilities, firms engaged in water treatment and water desalting, as well as those developing equipment and infrastructure essential to water management.

The patent analysis highlights the technological trends: modern filtration technologies and disinfection processes, new digital process and control methods for more efficient water use, often combined with renewable energies.

EconSight has identified the companies based on their world-class patents in six technologies: water treatment & wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, atmospheric water harvesting, water desalination, wastewater and water supply systems, and efficient irrigation systems.
