EconSight Global Gamechanger Index: +36% in H1 2026 – outperforming the Nasdaq-100 and MSCI World

The EconSight Global Gamechanger Index, comprising 25 of the world’s most innovative companies, delivered a +36% return in the first six months of 2026. Three constituents – Bloom Energy, Ouster and Twist Bioscience – have each more than doubled in value so far this year.

The index has significantly outperformed major benchmarks, including the Nasdaq-100 (+19% YTD) and the MSCI World (+9% YTD). Even more encouraging is the longer-term picture: since we launched our Global Gamechanger selection in early 2023, it has consistently outperformed traditional benchmarks. This is further evidence that patent-based technology investing is a powerful way to identify tomorrow’s innovation leaders before they become widely recognized.

The index tracks the 25 most innovative companies across 100 breakthrough technologies, selected using our proprietary Transformative Score – a measure of world-class innovation dynamics based on patent activity and quality.
