Blackrock launched a new thematic fund based on EconSight patent insights

The new BlackRock iShares Lithium & Battery Producers UCITS ETF (LITM) tracks the STOXX Global Lithium and Battery Producers index comprised of lithium mining, compound manufacturing and lithium battery production companies. BlackRock, EconSight and Qontigo have worked closely on the development of the index. The index relies on EconSight technologies, high quality patents, and specialization score methodology to select the top companies within the battery technologies.
